Sellers:

Property Analysis:
Don Instone evaluates the current available properties with respect to individual client’s investment parameters. Available properties are objectively analyzed with regard to location and seller motivation. Properties are financially analyzed according to price per square foot, cap rate, cash on cash returns, available financing, and the market rents vs. current rents.
